You have 3 options:
1. Fill out and sign the "design submission form" completely, upload your design, and click submit.
2. Fill out and sign the "contest rules" and please take a picture of your signed form and your design, and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use subject heading for emails: “T-shirt Design Contest - Name of YOUR School and Date of Event.
3. Fill out and sign the "contest rules" and mail us your signed contest rules waiver with your design. Please make a copy of your design, in case it gets lost in mail-land, so that you can resubmit. It's good to think ahead.

T-Shirt Design Contest
Finalists will be selected by our staff and the schools student committee 3 weeks prior to the event, other localities maybe also selected by general public votes.
Submissions will be accepted 4 weeks prior to the event. T-shirt will be produced for the HOST Event only. T-shirt and designers photo image, without student/designer name will posted on our website for the world to see.
Only students participating in the event are eligible. Only those students registered for the race will be able to vote for the final design.
We understand that all ages are welcome to participate and we accept designs in paper as well as digital.
