Why do you run and why you love it?

I love running cause it means I'm moving. Cause it usually means I'm playing basketball and and I love hoops....

Why education, kids, and sports are essential building blocks for life?

Learning is essential to success. And teamwork is critical. There's no greater way to learn the lessons of life than through sport. A famous book I read in medical school said something like "You live your life like you play basketball". So it's great to learn the lessons early as a youngster.
